WELCOME
We’re excited to announce the 66th annual Town Fair, a day of family fun for our children and the entire Pacific Palisades community, will be held on Saturday, May 19th, from 10:00am - 4:00pm. This is the school’s annual gift to the community and has been a St. Matthew’s tradition since the Parish moved to the Bienveneda campus in 1952.
Town Fair is an old-fashioned fair featuring fun rides, games, live music, entertainment, challenging contests and tasty food. It is a fun-filled day, but it is also a fundraiser benefiting the school’s charity outreach partners. Parents’ Council has pledged to donate an amount equal to 100% of net raffle proceeds to St. Matthew’s Parish School’s Outreach Partners: Westside Food Bank, Saint Anne School, The Haiti Partnership Program Partnership Program, and SALT outreach programs. Our Town Fair is only possible because of the active involvement and hard work of every school family and our dedicated Sexton crew. It is our day to host the best party in the Palisades! We thank you all for your hard work and support and we look forward to sharing an amazing day at the fair with all of you.
Michele Adams, Sujie Min, Todd Thompson, and Kristin Waters, Vice Presidents, Town Fair 2018

STAFFING
Town Fair is only possible because of the active involvement and hard work of every school family. One reason our fair feels like such a close-knit school and community fair is because it is entirely organized, staffed, and run by our school families. In order to achieve this, we need every school family, Preschool through 8th grade, to work 6 hours for the Fair. Parents can divide the commitment by working 2 shifts of 3 hours (10:00 am-1:00 pm and 1:00 pm-4:00 pm) or one parent can carry the volunteer torch for the team! Families with at least one child in the Preschool will be staffed to work in the Preschool Yard. Seventh grader students are expected to work a 2 hour shift at or before Town Fair.
